We have a capable on-site electronic workshop which suits most customers' needs:

• SMT, Thru-Hole, RoHS, REACH, ISO 9001, ANSI ESD S20.20 for production floor
• ICT, AOI, conformal coating, potting, burn-in, reliability life-cycle testing, high/low temp
• Two SMT lines, state-of-the-art equipment
  • Fuji component pick and place machines (5x), Yamaha high-speed chip mounters
  • Fully automated solder paste print, ten-zone reflow oven, double-wave solder

Depending on project need, +20 additional SMT lines and other capabilities are available:

• Wire-bonding, chip-on-board in class 1K clean room, class 10K clean room for precise products, X-Ray inspection, WiFi test line (test frequency 2.4G to 5G), ISO14001, ISO13485, TS16949, ISO18001, SA8000
