Sheet metal parts

We can build products requiring custom manufactured sheet metal and enclosures including racks, cabinets, and accessories for telecom and other electrical equipment. Our available equipment includes laser cutters, CNC punchers with a wide range of tooling, CNC benders, shear levelers, various welding, hardware insertion, stamping machines, paint and silk screen line, dedicated lines for box and chassis, and several cabinet lines.

We offer a dedicated NPI process separate from volume production. Integration includes cable assembly, wiring, and testing. We can also provide a systematic enclosure design service, including physical configuration, dimensions, element selection, thermal design, EMC design, industrial design, mechanical engineering, cable design, and electronic design for BPA, monitoring cards.
